A day in the life on my detox:
7am - Wake up, pack up day clothes, Yiddish paperwork and food for day.
7:30am- Leave for gym
7:45am- 45 min cardio, 45 min muscle building focused aerobic exercise
9am- Shower and change at gym
9:30am- Pick up carpool
10am - Get to Yiddish class
11:30am- Class break, eat AM snack (scrambled egg whites with chopped tomatoes and ground turkey)
